Instead of spending a lot of money campaigning, these foreign enties should have advised Kibaki to postpone general elections in Kenya or cancel it all together. This could have saved many lives, properties and permanent animosties that have been awakened among Kenyan tribes. These people do not mind toying around with the lives of innocent people as long as it can give them some clues as to what to do next to serve their interests. The West loves leaders they control and Kibaki is one such leader. They prefer authoritarian corrupt people like Mobutu and Moi who stayed in power until their usefulness to these two powers ran out. I do not believe they give a damn about the voting puplic.
